Total 1 piece in the set of philatelic item: it is a first day international mailed cover with "Puppets and masks" stamps. It is being restructured from an official first cover issued by China National Philatelic Corporation. Its size 209X110 m.m. There are 1 set of 2 No. 2000-19 named "Puppets and masks" stamps in its facade, and 2 another stamps in order to make up the postage (Total 5.4 yuan or 540 cent RMB). There also are China postal 2 issue postmark (2000.10.9.19) and 1 original commemorative postmark, 1 aviation postmark. There are words and 1 symbol of China National Philatelic Corporation in the back of the postcard, they record related contents with this set of commemorative stamp. Both for the collection, especially the thematic collection- such as jointly issued stamp topic, first Day Covers (or postcard) topic, International Postal topic etc.--or the research on the history of philately,it all has important value. |
| 这是一件为纪念2000年10月9日中国巴西联合发行“木偶和面具”邮票，笔者于首发当天寄给一位德国朋友的,由中国集邮总公司发行的官方纪念封改制的国际首日实寄，之后回收，收藏的实寄封。信封的尺寸是 209X110毫米。以中国集邮总公司发行的PFN-105官方纪念封为基础，其正面原贴有2枚邮票，1枚是中国版的志号2000-19的木偶和面具邮票2-2（T) （巴西面具图案），上面加盖的是中国特制的纪念邮戳，带有“中巴联合发行《木偶和面具》邮票纪念 2000.10.9 北京”字样和一个面具图案；另1枚是巴西版的带有中国面具图案的纪念邮票，票面上印有“ BRASIL 2000 RS 0,27 CMB EMISSAO CONJUNTA BRASIL CHINA 巴西-中国”等字样，并加盖一枚巴西特制的带有巴西和中国文字以及中国面具图案的纪念邮戳。按照当时国际航空邮资5.4元的规定，另行加贴了2枚长城系列普通邮票（面值分别为40和420分。按照中国邮政的规定，不计巴西邮票的面值，中国邮票的总面值为5.4元）。在这两枚长城邮票上盖有1枚“南京 鼓楼12 2000.10.9.19” 的发出日戳，非常清晰。另有一枚中国邮政的红色航空邮戳，和一张纪念封的图片。信封背面是原官封带有的中英两种文字的说明，在右上角有一个中国集邮总公司的图标，底部有设计人的姓名和纪念封的编号。邮品品相相当完好，它忠实地记录了这一套纪念邮票和官方纪念封发行的背景和意义。特别由于带有一枚巴西版的邮票和邮戳而更显珍贵。无论对于收藏，特别 是专题收藏-例如中外联合发行邮票专题，首日封片专题，国际邮政专题等等，或是有关集邮历史的研究都具有重要的价值。 |
