It is being restructured from 1 set of two pieces of MC-38(2-1),(2-2) commemorative postcards issued by China National Philatelic Corporation. Affixed to the two "Mount Lu and mount Kumgang" block of four stamps, and there are China and DPR Korea Issued postmark on Oct.5,1999 (99.10.05.12 and 1999-10-5). Both for the collection, especially the thematic collection- such as jointly issued stamp topic, first Day Covers (or postcard) topic, International Postal topic etc.--or the research on the history of philately,it all has important value.
