It is being restructured from an official PFN-102 first day commemorative cover issued by China National philatelic corporation in 2000. Its size 208X110 m.m. Affixed to the 1 (2-2) "Mare's milk pot" stamp issued by China and 1 "He pot" stamp issued by Kazakhstan. and 4 other stamps for make up postage. there are 1 China Issued postmark and 2 commemorative postmarkon (One is China, other one is Kazakhstan )on June.28,2000 in the front. There are China and English words in the back, also an Iran arrived postmark. Both for the collection, especially the thematic collection- such as jointly issued stamp topic, first Day Covers (or postcard) topic, International Postal topic etc.--or the research on the history of philately,it all has important value.
